In the Cryopreservation Bank “CRYOGONIA”, following the current developments and under strict compliance with the necessary measures, as defined by the Competent Authorities, we ensured our uninterrupted operation within the pandemic of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), aiming at your complete and safe service.
Based on the recent announcements of the National Public Health Organization (EODY) and the National Authority for Medically Assisted Reproduction (NAIA) regarding the good laboratory practice procedures during the current period, we inform you that as of Monday 01/06/2020, “CRYOGONIA” will return to normalcy, observing the following:
- Implementation of full working hours:
General opening hours: Monday to Friday 09.00-18.00
Weekends and public holidays: by prior arrangement
Opening hours for the movement of samples: Monday to Friday 09.00-16.00. Saturday: by prior arrangement - Visitor protection measures:
When visitors enter our headquarters, it is recommended to take the decontamination and personal protection measures announced by the EODY (https://eody.gov.gr/neos-koronaios-covid-19/) and the EAIA (http://eaiya.gov.gr/) to avoid transmission of the disease. Relevant instructions have been posted at the entrance and it is recommended that you follow them.While in our offices, wearing a mask is mandatory.
In case you have recently visited areas with an outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) or have been in contact with people infected with the virus, it is very important to follow the instructions of the Competent Authorities.
- Possibility to support communication by videoconferencing:
It is possible to carry out procedures related to communication with recipients and examinees, information on sperm donation services, etc., by telephone or videoconferencing (Skype, Viber). For more details and relevant instructions, our Secretariat is at your disposal.
